Dan Tapiero: Lower U.S. rates could support BTC breakout to 100k
Lower U.S. rates could fuel BTC rally

Dan Tapiero, founder & CEO at 10T Holdings, expects almost zero chance of a Federal Reserve rate hike in September and suggests that soft payrolls data could lead to a rate cut before year-end.

He sees the recent USD/yen moves as possibly marking an epic top, foresees U.S. short-term rates moving lower, and anticipates this will help BTC break out, projecting a potential rally from 85k to 100k.

Tapiero has previously highlighted Ethereum’s progress, describing it as undervalued and a potential backbone for future finance in a recent commentary. He has also argued that the tokenization of high-value and illiquid assets, such as real estate, is crucial for blockchain’s development, according to a separate analysis. These views align with his ongoing focus on digital assets and their integration into broader financial markets.
