Foreign investors set record U.S. holdings

Adam Khoo, executive chairman and co-founder at Adam Khoo Learning Technologies Group, challenges the de-dollarization narrative by sharing data on foreign investment in U.S. securities.

According to Khoo, foreign investors now hold a record $39.2 trillion of U.S. securities, with $24.5 trillion in U.S. stocks, $7.9 trillion in Treasuries, and the remainder in corporate and other assets.

Khoo has previously advised caution for investors who focus on outward signs of wealth, such as cars or watches, warning these flashy displays can be a signal of scams in earlier commentary. In a separate analysis, he examined Meta’s 15.8 percent stock decline and its risk of a $1.4 trillion penalty during a social media addiction trial, as outlined in his report on Meta. These statements reflect Khoo’s consistent engagement with investor risks and major market developments.
