XLC records first bullish MACD since 2025

Kevin Green highlights that the Communication Services sector ETF, XLC, has recorded its first bullish MACD crossover since May 2025. An equal low has formed at the 100-week simple moving average, while the main uptrend remains steady. The 20-week simple moving average has been acting as resistance, but the relative strength index has now broken its downtrend.

Kevin Green has previously focused on technical patterns in multiple markets. He recently highlighted that Live Cattle is now testing a six-year trend line, showing ongoing price resilience. Green has also reported that U.S. retail diesel prices are approaching a record high with refinery utilization nearing its peak.
