$245 million crypto ring guilty plea

Ryan Fournier reports that 22-year-old foreign national Malone Lam has pleaded guilty in connection with a $245 million crypto ring. The scheme allegedly involved stealing money from Americans to fund $500,000 club nights and purchases of luxury cars.

Fournier added that U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro and the Trump administration are actively pursuing action against what he described as corrupt foreign fraudsters.

Fournier has previously covered missteps in major financial sectors. In an earlier report, he stated that all 77 Bloomberg economists were off on the latest U.S. jobs report while President Trump defied expectations. He also noted that Nike was dropped from the S&P 100 following years of declining stock and poor decisions.
