Bobby Ong: NFT era ends as activity returns to OpenSea following Blast and Blur upheaval
NFT activity moves to OpenSea after shift

The end of a particular phase in the NFT sector has been marked by a return to OpenSea and the clearing out of leverage seen in Blur and Blend, following the shutdown of Blast. Bobby Ong, chief executive officer at CoinGecko, stated that while NFTs will continue to have a role, their future application is expected to differ from past trends.

Ong previously warned about the CryptoBilis incident where tampered Ledger devices led to user fund losses, as reported in one of his past articles. He has also highlighted the importance of crypto conferences for networking with key data leaders in South East Asia in another report. These perspectives reflect his ongoing focus on both security risks and industry development within the crypto sector.
