Francis Pouliot: Lightning payments restored in BULL wallet, LBTC withdrawals enabled
Lightning and LBTC features return to BULL

Lightning payments, including sending and receiving, have been restored in the BULL wallet. Users of BULL are now able to withdraw LBTC to BTC, and the wallet’s exchange also enables users to sell LBTC for fiat and receive funds in a bank account. Francis Pouliot shared these updates.

Pouliot previously launched the Orange Pill Challenge to help onboard merchants in Costa Rica to Bitcoin payments. He has also argued that adding a mnemonic backup feature to Bitcoin Core should be a priority, citing user demand. The restored Lightning payment features follow a series of initiatives and advocacy efforts on Bitcoin usability.
