Storytelling in Bitcoin faces hiring challenge

Storytelling is difficult to hire for in the Bitcoin space because the typical personality type is socially awkward, according to Fernando Nikolic, founder of Perception. Nikolic also noted that the opposite is true, as many charismatic individuals are often not technical, making the issue a matter of a spectrum rather than a binary distinction.

Nikolic has previously commented on institutional moves in digital assets, highlighting Franklin Templeton’s launch of two Nasdaq-listed ETFs with 95% U.S. stocks and 5% bitcoin, which use stock dividends to acquire more bitcoin here. He has also reported on HSBC’s RedCoin stablecoin, noting its inability to transfer between the PayMe and main Hong Kong apps despite HK$80.8 million issued to 3.3 million users within two days here. These observations reflect his continued attention to both technical and operational developments in financial technology.
