PwC and Palantir expanded their strategic partnership around three main areas: scaling enterprise AI, transforming M&A and modernizing ERP systems. The companies plan to integrate Foundry and AIP more deeply into corporate workflows, moving AI beyond pilot projects and into full-scale production deployment.

The partners also introduced an AI-native M&A platform powered by Palantir Foundry and AIP. According to PwC, the platform could potentially accelerate deal execution by up to 50% and reduce one-time transaction costs by as much as 45%. This strengthens Palantir’s commercial case beyond its traditionally strong government business.

$180 becomes the key level for Palantir

As we mentioned earlier, PLTR was likely to decline toward the $170 target area, and that move played out. Buyers then quickly pushed the stock back above $170, preserving the short-term bullish structure.

The stock gained just under 8% on September 3, making $180 the key level for today. A sustained move above this mark would increase the probability of further upside toward the psychological $200 level.

If buyers fail to hold $180, the more likely scenario would be continued consolidation within the $170–180 range. A break below $170 would materially weaken the short-term structure.

Jobs data could decide whether the rebound extends

The expanded PwC partnership strengthens Palantir’s commercial AI story, although today’s price action may be driven more by macroeconomic factors. Treasury yields declined following more dovish comments from Christopher Waller, supporting highly valued technology stocks.

Attention now shifts to the U.S. jobs report. Strong labor-market data could revive expectations of a more restrictive Fed policy stance and push bond yields higher, a particularly sensitive backdrop for richly valued growth stocks.
