Tesla stock forecast: Can $390 support stop the latest decline?
Tesla stock continues to lose ground after its recent rebound. Pressure across the technology sector is building, while buyers have yet to regain control.
The main source of pressure on Tesla has been the broad selloff in AI-related stocks. The negative market reaction to Alphabet’s October 29 earnings spilled over into Tesla, while investor concerns deepened on October 30 after weak outlooks from Intel and Amazon once again raised questions about the returns on massive AI investment.
Tesla did receive some positive news from South Korea. According to Reuters, a court dismissed a lawsuit brought by vehicle owners seeking refunds for the Full Self-Driving system. The court found that Tesla had not breached its contractual obligations.

Losing $400 puts the next support at $390 in focus
Tesla stock failed to reach the $418–420 zone and began to follow the scenario outlined previously. The price fell toward the $400 target and continued lower.
The risk of a further correction remains significant today. The next target is the nearest support at $390.
A move above $405 would invalidate this scenario. In that case, the stock could retest the local high at $410.85.
Market sentiment becomes more important than company news
Tesla is becoming increasingly sensitive to investor sentiment toward the AI sector, as a large part of the company’s growth expectations is tied to Robotaxi and autonomous driving.
That means even positive company-specific developments can be overshadowed when investors are cutting exposure to technology stocks more broadly.
Over the next several sessions, Tesla is likely to remain heavily influenced by the wider market mood. As long as pressure on AI-related stocks persists, recovery attempts may continue to face sharp reversals and elevated intraday volatility.
