Raoul Pal, born in 1968 in the United Kingdom to an Indian father and Dutch mother, is a distinguished British investor and entrepreneur. He earned a degree in Economics and Law from the University of Plymouth in 1990. Pal commenced his career at Dow Jones Telerate, followed by roles at James Capel & Co. and NatWest Markets. In 1997, he joined Goldman Sachs as Head of European Hedge Fund Sales in Equities and Equity Derivatives. Subsequently, he co-managed the GLG Global Macro Fund at GLG Partners.
