Coinbase announced a promotion allowing eligible U.S. residents with an active Coinbase One Card and Coinbase One membership to earn 5% Bitcoin back on flights, hotels, and car rentals booked through the Coinbase One Card Travel Portal within its mobile app. This 5% Bitcoin reward applies to all travel purchases made via the portal, is not subject to standard reward rate tiers or monthly caps, and is credited after the transaction settles, appearing as 'Travel rewards' in the app.

Bookings are processed by Rocket Travel Inc., and refunds or cancellations may result in a Rewards Adjustment Charge according to Coinbase’s terms. Access to the feature is being rolled out gradually, and all travel must be booked and paid for using the Coinbase One Card within the app.

How to participate

Eligible U.S. residents with an active Coinbase One Card and Coinbase One membership can participate in this travel rewards promotion. To join, open the Coinbase mobile app, navigate to the Coinbase One Card in the Manage section, and select the Travel Portal under Benefits. Book flights, hotels, or car rentals using only the Coinbase One Card, and after your transaction is confirmed, 5% Bitcoin back will be credited as travel rewards.
