Gate.io has introduced the Gate Card, a Visa-based payment card designed for direct crypto spending at over 150 million merchants in more than 200 countries. The card operates with a six-tier cashback system, allowing users to earn up to 8% cashback in points redeemable for USDT or GT, with specific per-transaction and monthly caps, and is compatible with both Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Payments are made directly from users’ Gate Pay accounts using digital assets such as USDT, BTC, ETH, or GT, with no need for manual fiat conversion. Cashback rates, spending limits, and card tiers are determined by users’ monthly spending or VIP status, and users must complete Level 2 identity verification to participate; additional regional and compliance requirements may apply.

How to participate

To obtain and use the Gate Card from Gate.io, users need to complete Level 2 identity verification and ensure they are in an eligible region. Apply for the card through the Gate Card page, complete the required verification steps, and activate the virtual or physical card once approved. Funding is managed via the Gate Pay account, and users can spend crypto directly at Visa merchants to earn up to 8% cashback. Registration is available via the official sign-up link.
