Bitget has introduced support for automated CFD (Contract for Difference) trading via its Open API, according to an official announcement dated September 10, 2026. This update allows users to automate CFD strategies by integrating with Bitget’s REST API, enabling functionalities such as order execution, fund transfers between accounts, risk management via take-profit and stop-loss settings, data queries, and access to real-time market data. The API supports multiple trading modes, each with specific instrument naming conventions, and requires users to open a CFD account through the Bitget website or app before using API trading. Detailed technical requirements and usage guidelines are provided in Bitget’s official API documentation, and the broker advises users to contact online customer service for further product or technical inquiries.

Bitget is a crypto exchange that allows users to trade spot and futures instruments using a dedicated web terminal and mobile application. It features a wide range of supported cryptocurrencies for deposits, a demo account option, lower-than-average futures trading fees, a copy trading service, and participation in a bonus program to reduce commissions. More information about the broker can be found in the broker profile on Traders Union.
