BioAge Labs, Inc. has released full Phase 1 data for BGE-102, its orally available and brain-penetrant NLRP3 inhibitor. The newly announced 60 mg once-daily cohort achieved profound reductions in hsCRP that matched those previously reported at the 120 mg dose.
This result suggests the lower dose is just as effective in reducing inflammation-linked biomarkers in trial participants. The findings mark a step forward in the development of BGE-102 as a potential therapy for conditions involving NLRP3-mediated inflammation.
