EGain: lack of knowledge governance hinders AI scalability across organizations
eGain has issued a call for organizations to prioritize structured and governed knowledge management as a prerequisite for scalable artificial intelligence deployments.
On the second day of APQC Connect 2026, eGain spotlighted the urgency of capturing and curating expert knowledge before it is lost, citing this as a key differentiator for leading organizations. The company highlighted that without a solid foundation of structured information, attempts to scale AI initiatives are likely to stall.
