Quantum-secured optical networking proof of concept completed by Ribbon Communications
Ribbon launches EMEA and quantum milestone

Ribbon Communications has announced a series of initiatives for May, including the launch of registration for its INSIGHTS EMEA event.

The company also revealed a successful proof of concept in quantum-secured optical networking in partnership with CESNET and highlighted a new demonstration of its Acumen analytics and builder platform. These developments signal Ribbon Communications’ increasing focus on innovation in secure networking and advanced analytics.

Earlier in May, Ribbon Communications opened registration for its INSIGHTS EMEA 2026 industry event in London. The company also recently introduced AI-enabled mission-critical communications for the research and education sector at the NLIT Summit in Kansas City. These initiatives form part of the firm’s expanding sector engagement in secure and advanced communications.
