Agenus has released new three year follow up data from its ongoing study evaluating the investigational combination of BOT plus BAL in patients with refractory microsatellite stable metastatic colorectal cancer (MSS mCRC) without active liver metastases.
The data show an overall survival rate of 33 percent at three years, with a median overall survival of 21.2 months and no new safety signals reported. This update was presented at the ESMO Gastrointestinal Congress 2026. Links to the company release and scientific poster were made available for further details.
Agenus and the Armenian Bioinformatics Institute previously announced findings on immune patterns in MSS colorectal cancer using transcriptomics. The study focused on immune signatures observed in so-called cold tumors. These earlier data provide context for the ongoing investigation of BOT plus BAL in treatment-resistant patient populations.
