Southern First Bancshares has launched a new Verdae Drive Thru at its Greenville headquarters, enhancing direct customer service with both an open-air teller line and a secondary lane where bank staff approach vehicles for face-to-face banking.

The updated drive thru aims to provide added convenience and personalized interaction for clients, reinforcing the bank's commitment to combining traditional service with modern accessibility.

Southern First Bancshares has continued to expand its services in recent years. In June, the bank hired Jim Gash, a 35-year industry veteran, as Team Leader and SVP in its growing Atlanta office, according to company statements. The addition broadened Southern First's leadership team as part of its regional growth strategy.
