Pacific Biosciences of California has announced the availability of its HiFi sequencing technology for biopharma and biotech research and development.

The company is inviting industry experts to explore new applications of HiFi sequencing in areas such as drug discovery, gene editing, vector characterization, mRNA and antibody therapeutics, and agricultural research.

Pacific Biosciences recently launched Vega SPRQ-Nx to make HiFi sequencing more accessible for biopharma research. The company has also supported international initiatives such as a global undiagnosed disease hackathon in Singapore by providing its sequencing technology.
