Silvaco Group introduces tool to convert SEM and TEM images for TCAD simulations
Silvaco Group launches TCAD tool

Silvaco Group has launched a new solution that enables the conversion of scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images into layouts and profiles compatible with process TCAD simulations.

This advancement allows users to streamline the preparation of microscopy data for use in semiconductor device modeling and process simulations, enhancing efficiency for researchers and engineers in the field.

Silvaco Group recently joined the MIPI Alliance Kinematics Working Group to contribute to sensor data streaming format standardization. Earlier this year, the company signed a memorandum of understanding with the Indian government to launch the Semiconductor Future Accelerator Lab focused on semiconductor research and development. Both initiatives reflect Silvaco's ongoing efforts in advancing semiconductor technology infrastructure.
