SOL correction puts $100 in focus after strong August ETF inflows
A break below $100 could expose the $95–92 zone.

Solana has entered a correction after its strong August rally and is once again testing the $103 area. Institutional demand remains strong, but an overheated technical structure is working against buyers for now.

According to SoSoValue, U.S. spot Solana ETFs recorded around $193.5 million in net inflows in August, their strongest monthly result since November 2025. Most of that capital arrived in the final days of the month: the funds attracted roughly $60.9 million on August 27 alone, while weekly inflows reached around $153 million by the end of August.

Network activity is also rising. According to The Block, Solana’s seven-day average network fees reached nearly 9,200 SOL per day, up more than 80% over the past three months. Seven-day non-vote transactions also hit a record 191 million, compared with around 88 million a year earlier.

Loss of $103 puts $100 support back in focus

The scenario outlined in the previous analysis played out. After the strong rally, SOL failed to hold support at $103, broke below it and tested the psychological $100 level.

Despite the pullback, the technical structure still looks overheated. The RSI (14) remains close to overbought territory, keeping the risk of further profit-taking elevated.

The base case is now another test of $100. A decisive break and sustained move below this level would open the way toward the $95–92 liquidity zone.

The bearish case would be invalidated by a recovery and sustained move above $110.

Strong network activity meets a cooling price structure

Solana’s fundamental backdrop remains relatively strong. ETF inflows have accelerated, network fees are rising and user activity remains elevated.

Strong fundamentals, however, do not rule out further cooling in the near term. As long as SOL remains below $110, the risk of another test of $100 and a potential move toward $95–92 remains in place.
