Panthera updates AGM notice

Panthera Resources has issued an amended notice for its annual general meeting ahead of the November shareholder vote in London. The revised document replaces the notice published on 7 September 2026 and updates two resolutions to reflect the company’s issued share capital at the latest practicable date before publication.

Highlights

  • Panthera Resources issued an amended notice for its AGM, with the meeting scheduled for 11 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m. London time.
  • Shareholders must submit revised proxy votes using new documentation by 10:00 a.m. on 9 November 2026.
  • Resolutions 6 and 7 in the AGM agenda have been updated to align with Panthera Resources’ latest issued share capital.

Revised AGM documents and voting timeline

As reported by London Stock Exchange, Panthera Resources said an amended notice of annual general meeting has been posted to shareholders together with a new Form of Proxy. The gold exploration and development company said the updated notice supersedes the previous version dated 7 September 2026.

The AGM is scheduled for Wednesday, 11 November 2026 at 10:00 a.m. London time at the offices of Druces LLP, 6th Floor, 99 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7NG. Shareholders must submit proxy votes by 10:00 a.m. on 9 November 2026.

The company said the business to be considered at the meeting remains unchanged apart from resolutions 6 and 7. Those two resolutions have been revised to reflect Panthera Resources’ issued share capital as of the latest practicable date before publication of the amended notice.

Governance implications for shareholders

The update keeps the meeting agenda broadly intact while ensuring the capital references used in the voting resolutions are aligned with the company’s current share base. For shareholders, the main practical change is the need to use the revised meeting documentation and proxy form ahead of the deadline.

Panthera Resources, which has assets in West Africa and India, has also made a copy of the amended notice available on its website. The filing forms part of the company’s routine governance process as it prepares for the 2026 AGM.

Our earlier coverage of Excel Force MSC Bhd focused on the company’s proposed share issuance to raise up to RM10.66 million amid a rapidly weakening cash position, alongside shifts in ownership that made Jeff Wang the largest single shareholder. We also noted the resulting governance fallout, including board and audit committee changes, an extended financial year after an auditor resignation, and concerns about covenant compliance linked to a key shareholder’s reduced stake.
