Stablecoin transfers on Aptos reach $500 billion, Avery Ching notes
Aptos stablecoin transfers top $500 billion

Avery Ching, co-founder & CEO at Aptos Labs, reports that over $500 billion in stablecoin transfers have occurred on Aptos in the past year, as measured by the Visa stablecoin dashboard.

He highlights the network's 33-millisecond block times and claims it offers the lowest industry costs. Ching adds that Aptos is looking toward a future focused on confidentiality.

Earlier this year, Ching announced that Confidential APT went live on the Aptos mainnet, introducing new privacy features on the network. In a separate update, he reported that Tria neobank had launched decentralized onchain trading with DecibelTrade, offering a transparent platform for users. These developments follow Aptos Labs’ ongoing push for speed, scalability, and enhanced confidentiality.
