Bitcoin drop leads to $9.8 billion unrealized loss for Strategy, Alan Rogers notes
Strategy faces large Bitcoin unrealized loss

Alan Rogers highlights current trends in the cryptocurrency market, noting that Bitcoin trades at $63,800 and Ethereum at $1,860, with total crypto market capitalization at $2.278 trillion.

Rogers emphasizes that Strategy now faces an unrealized loss of about $9.8 billion as Bitcoin is trading below its average acquisition price. He adds that Polymarket controls roughly 93 percent of the political prediction market.

Rogers previously reported Bitcoin slipping below $63,000 while BTC and ETH ETFs registered outflows and more than $173 million was liquidated across crypto markets, as detailed here. In an earlier update, he noted Bitcoin at $58,600 and Ethereum at $1,570 with total market capitalization at $2.124 trillion and further outflows from U.S. spot ETFs, according to a separate report. These previous observations follow recent volatility in digital assets.
