Stani Kulechov: Solo stakers face exodus risk from EIP-8361 proposal
EIP-8361 may push solo stakers out

Stani Kulechov, founder and chief executive officer (CEO) at Avara, warns that solo ETH stakers should be concerned about the proposed EIP-8361 protocol change.

He suggests that advancing this proposal could result in a mass exodus of solo stakers from the Ethereum network.

Kulechov previously argued that capping Ethereum staking rewards above 50% staked would make yields unpredictable and damage the network. He has also highlighted that EIP-8361 faces broad resistance across the Ethereum community. The protocol change is shaping up to be one of the most contested proposals since ProgPoW.
