Cardone Capital will include BTC in real estate investments in 2025, Grant Cardone notes — Cardone Capital to add BTC in 2025

Grant Cardone, CEO / Founder at Cardone Enterprises and Founder & CEO at Cardone Capital, states that real estate investing has remained largely unchanged for 65 years, highlighting the 1960 establishment of REIT rules that led to a $4.3 trillion industry.

He adds that in 2025, Cardone Capital will incorporate BTC into its real estate investment strategy, offering investors instant liquidity for handling capital expenditures.

Earlier this year, Cardone Capital increased its BTC allocation for its latest real estate project from 350 BTC to 900 BTC, according to a previous announcement. Grant Cardone has also recently listed a 2024 Global 7500 jet for sale at $80 million, citing current U.S. restrictions on Bombardier sales in an earlier statement. These moves highlight Cardone's ongoing investment activity across both real estate and aviation assets.
