Bond market yields exceed U.S. central bank rate, Michael A. Gayed notes
Bond yields outpace U.S. central bank

Yields in the bond market are currently higher than the U.S. central bank’s rate, with the Federal Reserve at 3.88% and the 10-year yield at 5.24%.

Michael A. Gayed states that the bond market is already tightening 136 basis points more than the central bank and argues that yields are responsible for real tightening, not projections.

Gayed has commented on earnings from other companies in recent weeks. He discussed APLD’s $3.0 billion in capital expenditures and $116 million expected revenue as the firm reported results in a recent article. He also reported that ACN posted a 6% rise in third-quarter revenue while bookings fell 2% in a separate note.
