Mow has previously commented on technical measures within the Bitcoin ecosystem. He reported that a 2.5 BTC test transaction to the Liquid Federation wallet reduced the wallet's shortfall to 600 BTC. In a separate update, he noted that restoring the Liquid BTC peg involves both an external audit and internal Blockstream coordination.
