But we saved everything 🙂.
Nikil Viswanathan shared that an artificial intelligence agent, deployed via @davehappyminion, succeeded in negotiating a $109 amount from DoorDash while he was working out. Viswanathan mentioned that after 20 minutes of unsuccessful attempts manually, the AI agent achieved the result in his stead. This episode further illustrates the expanding role of AI automation in gig economy negotiations. DoorDash has yet to comment on the use of such agents in customer interactions.
Viswanathan has previously announced the launch of AgentCardAI, a payment card for autonomous AI agents, aimed at supporting similar automation. He also noted that his father developed an AI stock advisor after a brief period of work. These earlier projects highlight ongoing efforts to embed AI agents in both financial and consumer interactions.
