WhiteBIT has highlighted its VIP Program, which adjusts user VIP levels automatically based on trading volume and account balance, offering corresponding benefits such as fee discounts, priority support, and access to additional services as users progress through each level.

WhiteBIT has provided additional information about its VIP Program, which automatically assigns users to one of eleven VIP levels (Level 0 to Level 10) based on their 30-day trading volume and average account balance, both measured in USDT-equivalent. Benefits increase with each level, including trading fee discounts (up to 100%), priority support, access to exclusive trading competitions, and, on higher levels, a dedicated VIP account manager.

Eligibility is recalculated monthly using the lower value between trading volume and balance, and covers activity from all main and sub-accounts, including bot and Convert trades. Specific requirements and benefits for each VIP level are detailed in published tables, and existing benefits remain until the end of the month if a user’s activity drops. Users with VIP status on other exchanges may also apply to transfer their status to WhiteBIT by submitting supporting documentation.
