The centerpiece of the update is a new “Alarms” tab located in the right-hand menu of the trading platform. Here, traders can set, edit, and track all alerts in one place. The interface emphasizes simplicity, allowing users to toggle notifications on or off, make quick edits, or delete individual or multiple alerts with just a click.

Customizable triggers and cross-mode access

The new system has been built with flexibility in mind. Traders can use preset triggers such as -2%, -1$, +1%, or +2%, or configure their own price levels to match their trading strategies. Importantly, ThinkMarkets has enabled alerts to work across both live and demo accounts. This means an alert created in one mode will automatically appear in the other, ensuring consistency across different trading environments.

Real-time pop-up notifications

When a price level is reached, traders receive an instant pop-up notification. Each alert includes a “Trade Now” button, enabling immediate action directly from the alert window. This feature is expected to shorten reaction times and help traders capture opportunities as they arise.

Helping traders stay ahead

By embedding price alerts directly into WebTrader, ThinkMarkets aims to enhance situational awareness and improve trading efficiency. The broker emphasized that this update gives clients a practical tool to monitor market changes and respond to opportunities without delay.

Traders can access the new functionality by logging into WebTrader, opening the Alarms tab, and setting their first alert. With this update, ThinkMarkets continues to expand its platform’s capabilities, reinforcing its commitment to delivering advanced yet accessible trading technology.
