Definium starts second Phase 3 MDD trial

Definium Therapeutics has announced the dosing of the first patient in its Ascend study, marking the start of the company’s second Phase 3 pivotal trial targeting major depressive disorder (MDD).

This milestone positions Definium Therapeutics to further advance the clinical development of its treatment for MDD, aiming at regulatory approval. According to the company, more details are provided in the press release linked in their announcement.

Definium Therapeutics recently hosted an Investor and Analyst Day in New York City to provide updates on its progress in psychedelic treatment development.
