SoundThinking is advancing police response in Albuquerque through the deployment of its ShotSpotter technology, integrated into the city's Real-Time Crime Center.

This combination aims to equip investigators with actionable intelligence in critical moments, allowing law enforcement to respond more quickly and effectively to gunfire incidents. By delivering data-driven alerts in real time, the technology underpins efforts to reduce crime through smart surveillance and prompt intervention. Details regarding broader adoption and future implementation are forthcoming.

SoundThinking previously partnered with the Jackson Police Department to deploy technology and data strategies for improved public safety outcomes, according to a recent agreement. The company has also unveiled PlateRanger, a system offering officers instant vehicle and plate data on multiple platforms, including smartphones and integrated cameras, as detailed in another release. These initiatives reflect SoundThinking's continued focus on data-driven tools for law enforcement.
