OLO FSR catering orders surge

OLO announced that full-service restaurant (FSR) catering orders on its platform increased by 38 percent last year, with total spend in this segment climbing 70 percent.

The company added that average order value for FSR outpaced quick-service restaurants (QSR) by a factor of 1.5, underscoring a strong momentum in the catering category. According to OLO, a growing roster of FSR brands is now actively engaging with the catering program on its digital ordering platform.

OLO has previously brought together major restaurant operators to discuss building loyalty programs to boost repeat visits and long-term value. The company has also convened leaders from CKE Restaurants, honeygrow, and Original ChopShop to share tactics for increasing guest numbers and check growth. These efforts highlight OLO’s ongoing engagement with industry partners to support digital ordering and customer retention.
