Inglewood, Spring Hill, Christiana surge

Inglewood, Spring Hill and Christiana are becoming the most sought-after neighborhoods for homebuyers in Nashville, according to Redfin Corp.

Despite rising home prices, these areas stand out in what is described as one of the nation’s strongest buyer markets, offering relative affordability and value. Jim Carollo, the company’s Nashville Market Manager, attributes this trend to buyers seeking neighborhoods where cost and opportunity intersect amid competitive conditions.

Redfin Corp recently reported that national home sales have fallen to a two-year low, with prices remaining elevated and demand varying by region, according to company data. In San Francisco, home prices have surged by over $1 million since the Great Financial Crisis, as previously reported by Redfin Corp. These shifts provide context for ongoing changes in local housing markets like Nashville.
