Manchester City Council has achieved a 58 percent shift to online service delivery through a partnership with Verint Systems.

The collaboration focuses on creating simpler and more convenient digital experiences for residents while advancing the modernization of citizen engagement in public services.

Verint Systems has previously provided solutions to other organizations seeking greater efficiency and customer insight. Alorica uses Verint’s technology to analyze customer interactions and reduce operational costs, according to a recent report. Aegon also adopted Verint’s workforce management tools, recording higher Net Promoter Scores and reduced overtime, as detailed in a separate article.
