PacBio partners for AI RNA work

Pacific Biosciences of California has announced a collaboration with tychobio_ai to advance AI-driven RNA therapeutics for rare diseases.

The company will utilize its PacBio HiFi and Kinnex sequencing technologies to generate full-length RNA data from more than 10,000 samples. This data is intended to support the training of AI models for drug discovery, marking a significant step in leveraging genomics and artificial intelligence for new therapeutic approaches.

Pacific Biosciences recently launched Vega SPRQ-Nx to expand access to HiFi sequencing for biopharma research. The company also introduced the HiFi Playbook, emphasizing streamlined approaches for therapeutic studies. Both initiatives are aimed at improving genomic analysis capabilities for drug development.
