Silvaco Group has announced the release of an on demand webinar focused on TCAD Aware SPICE Model Extraction using Utmost IV. The session covers how a new optimizer can reduce manual efforts when processing device data to generate a SPICE model card, along with surrogate circuit modeling for FTCO.

This development highlights Silvaco Group's ongoing efforts to streamline electronic circuit modeling and simulation processes for industry professionals.

Earlier this year, Silvaco Group unveiled a tool to convert SEM and TEM images into layouts for TCAD process simulations, supporting semiconductor researchers with new workflow capabilities (link). The company also joined the MIPI Alliance Kinematics Working Group to back sensor data streaming format standardization (link). These moves form part of Silvaco's sustained focus on advancing electronic design automation tools and industry collaboration.
