Anton Kharitonov, expert at Traders Union, sees Theta Network locked in a decisive downtrend. He highlights that not only is the price below major moving averages, but every attempt to reclaim resistance fails, underlining persistent weakness. The absence of fresh news means no catalysts for a sentiment shift. Momentum oscillators scream oversold, yet buyers are missing and volatility remains elevated. "Until THETA breaks above $0.421 or finds a real fundamental trigger, downside risk remains front and center for any trader," says Kharitonov.

Viktoras Karapetjanc, expert at Traders Union, maintains a constructive view on THETA’s outlook despite current technical weakness. He notes that oversold signals on CCI and RSI often precede sharp rebounds, and the recent high ADX highlights a maturing trend ready for reversal. Even in the absence of notable news, he sees meaningful upside opportunity if price approaches support and stabilizes. "I expect the bullish structure to re-emerge above support — further growth can be swift once consolidation finishes," Karapetjanc asserts.

Jainam Mehta, market strategist, views THETA as being caught in a volatile range amid mixed technical cues. He observes major divergences in momentum indicators, which can offer tactical opportunities for short-term traders. The probability of a further decline is high, but the mature trend and prior 11.11% upswing suggest a potential snapback on any spike below $0.259. "Traders should watch for a possible contrarian entry if extreme lows are briefly tested and quickly reclaimed," says Mehta.

Mixed signals emerge as strong trend meets indicator divergence

Momentum for THETA is mixed. The daily MACD indicates strong bearishness, while a high ADX of 41 suggests a mature, prevailing trend. RSI and CCI both show oversold conditions, but Stoch RSI signals overbought, creating notable divergence among short-term signals. Negative BBP highlights continued seller dominance, and an 11.11% upswing occurred after a gap up from $0.315 to $0.341. The current price is near today's high, pointing to high intraday volatility and persistent strength toward the upper end of the session’s range.

Previously it was reported that Theta Network is trading below its key moving averages, with persistent seller pressure and major technical signals reflecting an ongoing bearish structure. Despite mixed momentum indicators, a strongly oversold profile persists as resistance holds at the Ichimoku Kijun level and sellers maintain control.
