Bybit introduces mastercard physical card with cashback rewards
Bybit, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges, has launched a physical debit card designed to simplify crypto payments for global users.
The new card, backed by Mastercard, enables seamless transactions by converting digital assets into traditional currency at the point of sale, eliminating the need for manual exchanges, according to Crypto News.
The card, issued by Bybit Limited and regulated by the Astana Financial Services Authority, enhances the accessibility of crypto in everyday spending. It allows purchases anywhere Mastercard is accepted, supporting in-person and online transactions alike.
Cashback and seamless integration
Users of the Bybit card will earn 2% cashback in cryptocurrencies such as Tether (USDT) and Avalanche (AVAX) on eligible purchases. Additionally, new cardholders can enjoy a 10% cashback bonus, capped at $300.
The card integrates with Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and Digiseq Wearables, offering a smooth mobile payment experience. VIP users can obtain the physical card for free, while others can purchase it for $29.99, with no monthly or annual fees.
Bybit is rolling out the card in phases, requiring users to first apply for a virtual card before gaining access to the physical version. A waitlist is available for those not yet eligible.
By bridging the gap between digital currencies and real-world transactions, Bybit aims to make cryptocurrency spending as straightforward as traditional banking.
Recently, Bybit launched a new promotion offering up to 555% APR on USDT deposits. Eligible users can also receive a 5 USDT airdrop.
