The Terra Luna Classic core developer, Professor Edward Kim, has announced extensive research into the 'Block Entropy' artificial intelligence network associated with the Terra Luna Classic blockchain.

Edward Kim launched Block Entropy's AI Playground to demonstrate a way to apply artificial intelligence (AI) to the Terra Cosmos blockchain.

Kim wrote on Twitter, explaining his research article on AI-based verification and consensus in the blockchain and the 'Block Entropy' AI app blockchain.

The Luna founder also explained the purpose of launching AI Playground Block Entropy, which is to study and control the generative functions of AI on MO nodes through the Terra Classic blockchain.

Edward Kim explained that his team is working on scaling the Cosmos blockchain network (Terra Luna Classic) for AI and ML applications. This is similar to scaling Ethereum with Layer-2 solutions like Optimistic and ZK rollups that move computation and storage off-chain.

"We are developing a custom Cosmos ML module (or smart contract) that governs the interaction, a sequencer node that collects and schedules transactions, and a set of ML nodes that both execute the off-chain ML tasks and monitor other nodes for fraudulent output."

The main benefit the platform offers for Terra Luna Classic is LUNC burning through the Block Entropy TestNet tap. To receive Block Entropy TestNet tokens, users must burn LUNC tokens with the message "entropy" and enter the transaction hash into the TestNet faucet.

Once interchain accounts are enabled in Terra Luna Classic, this test network will be disabled, and the focus will shift from LUNC burn to utility.

After the recent crypto market pullback, Terra Luna Classic (LUNC) is trading at around $0.000080, down 4% overnight.
