  • WLD/USD remains in a confirmed uptrend, with strong buyer interest indicating an 80% probability of upward movement within a $0.5205 to $0.6273 range over five days.

New verification suite targets banks as token demand impact remains unclear

Worldcoin launched its World ID verification suite, which provides banks and financial firms with new identity tools such as an identity wallet app, real-time deepfake detection, and AI agent verification. Bain Capital and VanEck Funds participated in the design phase, and the initiative aims to extend Worldcoin's applications into the institutional financial space. The World Foundation previously raised $52.5 million in a WLD token sale with a one-year lockup, but direct long-term demand effects for the token remain unproven at this stage.

Anton Kharitonov, expert at Traders Union, sees Worldcoin's sharp move higher as driven by short-term enthusiasm around its new institutional partnership. He remains cautious on the long-term impact of the World ID suite, noting that direct demand effects for the WLD token are untested. Kharitonov highlights that, despite bullish price action above major moving averages, the ADX indicates only moderate trend strength. Divergence among oscillators further suggests a strong retracement risk, with the CCI forecasting a sell. "I would remain defensive here, as much of the current upside may be sentiment-fueled and lacks lasting confirmation from fundamentals," he warns.
Viktoras Karapetjanc, expert at Traders Union, views the World ID launch and strong institutional support as a major step for Worldcoin's mainstream adoption. He notes that the bullish structure remains intact, with price comfortably above key moving averages and sentiment lifted by deep-pocket investors like Bain Capital. Karapetjanc emphasizes that expanding into the financial sector opens new avenues for growth. "The technical and fundamental setup signals that further gains are likely, and the market offers multiple setups for bullish continuation," he says.
Parshwa Turakhiya, analyst, believes Worldcoin is showing clear positive sentiment after news-driven gains and upward gaps. Turakhiya notes that the technical posture favors bulls, with price staying near session highs and momentum signals justifying further upside. Yet, the analyst highlights that moderate ADX and mixed momentum oscillators suggest caution near resistance. "Short-term traders could try to catch momentum upswings, but I'd approach new highs around $0.6273 with tight stops and scenario plans," he advises.

Buyers dominate as uptrend confirmed despite mixed technical oscillators

WLD/USD trades above the 20-day, 50-day, and 200-day moving averages ($0.5274, $0.4654, and $0.3853 respectively), signaling bullish momentum across all timeframes. This alignment, supported by a bullish MA-50 versus MA-200, indicates the pair is in a confirmed uptrend, with immediate resistance at $0.6273 and near-term support at $0.5587. Momentum indicators show strong buyer interest, with the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) and Bull/Bear Power (BBP) both indicating bullish dominance, while the Average Directional Index (ADX) sits at 19.13 and remains neutral, suggesting trend strength is moderate. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) and Stochastic RSI are both in buy territory, with the RSI at 50.9972 and Stochastic RSI at 25.2696, pointing to room for further upside from neutral conditions; the Commodity Channel Index (CCI), however, forecasts a sell, highlighting a divergence among oscillators. The daily performance is robust, with the pair rising $0.0728 or 14.3% and opening with an upside gap of roughly 4.77%; price currently trades near the high of the session, with intraday volatility at 6.95%, underlining strong demand and decisive upward tone.

Earlier, analysts noted that Worldcoin’s expanding identity verification suite and rising institutional interest were driving a bullish trend in the asset. The latest surge in WLD, underwritten by robust technical momentum and institutional collaboration, adds evidence to this outlook, with traders advised to monitor the $0.6273 resistance as a decisive level for continued upside.
