The graph shows a sharp breakdown from the $265-275 range, setting as low as February to push down to $180 before giving way in today's bounce. All moving averages are sloping down, confirming the decline. RSI at 51.52 bouncing again from oversold and close to 30 but neutral, without robust bullish momentum.

The recent jump from $180 to $202 challenges resistance near the 20 EMA at $196.98. A break above the 50 EMA at $211.67 would need to remain there longer for trend stabilization. Support at $195-196, with critical support at the $180 lows in February. Resistance layers: $210-212, $226, and $241 where the 100 and 200 EMAs are.

Agentforce scales to $800M ARR growing 169%

Agentforce ARR reached $800 million, up 169% year-over-year. Salesforce closed 29,000 Agentforce deals, up 50% quarter-over-quarter. Over 60% of Q4 Agentforce and Data 360 bookings came from existing customer expansion.

New bookings for Agentforce 1 Edition and Agentforce for Apps, the company's most premium SKUs, nearly tripled quarter-over-quarter. Wyndham described a large rollout with more than 5,000 Agentforce deployments across 8,300 hotels.

$50B buyback authorized at "low prices"

Benioff said Salesforce returned more than $14 billion, or 99% of free cash flow, to shareholders in fiscal 2026. The board increased the share repurchase authorization to $50 billion. Benioff characterized the move as taking advantage of low prices. Salesforce's Board declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.44 per share, a 5.8% increase.

Salesforce initiated fiscal 2027 revenue guidance of $45.8 billion to $46.2 billion, growth of approximately 10-11%. The guidance includes approximately 3 percentage points from the Informatica acquisition, implying organic growth of 7-8%. The company raised its fiscal 2030 revenue target to $63 billion. According to 37 analysts, the average rating for CRM stock is Buy with a 12-month price target of $283.44, representing approximately 41% upside.

Recently, Salesforce bounced from $180 lows to $202 after posting 12% revenue growth and authorizing a $50 billion buyback, with the stock testing the 20 EMA as resistance following a 28% YTD decline despite Agentforce scaling to $800 million ARR.
