Richard Tice: U.S. gas prices fall as UK prices rise on Iran conflict
U.S. gas falls, UK gas rises

Gas prices in the U.S. have dropped 20 percent since the start of the Iran conflict, while gas prices in the UK have increased 50 percent, according to Richard Tice.

Tice argues that since gas can be priced domestically, the UK should license all offshore and onshore gas fields for domestic production and consumption. He believes this approach would reduce consumer bills and lower the overall cost of living.

Tice has previously raised questions about Labour Party Properties Ltd earning over $30 million in rents since 2000 without paying corporation tax. He also noted that UK gilt yields have surpassed those of Mexico and Brazil. Both points have fueled debate over UK economic policy and costs.
