Cardone Capital is accumulating Bitcoin from its real estate portfolio as a means to establish a public Real Estate/Bitcoin Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). In its fourth fund iteration, the company reports current acquisitions amounting to 350 BTC. This marks a significant step in the intersection of traditional real estate investments and the volatile world of cryptocurrency.

The emergence of a REIT combining these two asset classes reflects the ongoing dynamics in the investment landscape, where digital currencies are increasingly being considered as a part of diversified investment strategies.
