Gregory Raymond: France emerges as Binance last option under MiCA
France now key for Binance in Europe

Gregory Raymond, crypto journalist & commentator at Les Cryptos, reports that France has become Binance's only remaining option to sustain its presence in the European market under the MiCA regulatory framework.

While discussions are ongoing with the French financial regulator AMF, Raymond notes that Binance has yet to file a formal application.

Raymond has previously highlighted regulatory concerns in the crypto sector, citing regulatory risk as the main issue for Hyperliquid in a recent analysis. He also reported on KaikoData’s acquisition of Amberdataio, which expanded the firm’s institutional client base.
