Chinese AI firms eye IPOs by 2027

Christophe Barraud, head of discretionary management and research at LIOR Global Partners, reports that at least six Chinese startups developing AI models are preparing for initial public offerings through 2027.

These companies are rushing to raise funds as they work to close the gap with competitors in the U.S.

Barraud has previously reported that Samsung and SK Hynix are ramping up investments in artificial intelligence. He also noted that fuel prices remain a burden for consumers, despite easing crude market pressures. These developments follow increased activity in tech and energy sectors tracked by Barraud.
