Oracle share sale filing was misreported, Andy Constan notes
Oracle share sale reporting clarified

Andy Constan, founder / strategist at Damped Spring Macro, clarified recent misinformation regarding Oracle's 10Q filing.

Constan noted that media reports claimed Larry Ellison was selling $7.5 billion in shares based on a recent filing. He explained this was incorrect, as the 10B5-1 plan authorizing the sale had already been filed with the SEC in June.

Constan has previously highlighted questions about Blue Owl and IREN's $2.4 billion senior secured deal. In an earlier update, he reported selling MSTR at NAV and increasing fiat reserves to match STRC, resulting in a $438 million negative carry per year here. These recent posts reflect his ongoing focus on transaction details and portfolio adjustments.
