Gokul Rajaram highlights the rapid growth of companies selling data, expertise, or RL environments to AI labs, noting many have quickly achieved annualized revenues ranging from tens to hundreds of millions within just a year.

Despite this expansion, he points out that venture investors remain uncertain about how to value these businesses.

Rajaram has previously tracked sector shifts across industries. Earlier this month, he reported on a sharp drop in Booking, Expedia and Airbnb shares. He has also highlighted Applied Intuition’s $15 billion valuation in the autonomy sector.
