Senapathy "Kris" Gopalakrishnan was born in 1951 and is an Indian entrepreneur best known as a co-founder of Infosys, one of India’s largest IT services firms. He played a pivotal role in scaling Infosys into a global technology leader, particularly during his tenure as CEO and Managing Director from 2007 to 2011.
